Adrenal Fatigue and Copper Imbalance

I would like to address two more things in relation to adrenal fatigue. Copper imbalance and candida. First, I will cover copper imbalance. Most people are unaware of the make-up of the body. Every element and mineral composing the body can be found in the dirt. We have salt, water, glucose, chromium, magnesium, zinc, etc. When certain organs and glands are ailing, certain vitamins and minerals have been flushed out of our systems.

Modern medicine can give you a pill to ease the symptoms. Sometimes this is life saving and vital. But we can also replace them in a natural way with food, water and homeopathy. This is done slowly and gently so as not to aggravate the system.


It can take months or longer, but you should feel improvement within a couple of weeks. When the adrenals are ailing long-term, we can boost copper levels in the body. Just a touch is all you need, because too much copper is not nice, either.

In the body, copper fights candida. When the adrenals are stressed, copper becomes bound and unavailable to the body. Welcome yeast. Here is the three-way connection.

Foods that you can eat to increase your copper levels are lamb; pork; pheasant quail; duck; goose; squid; salmon; organ meats including liver, heart, kidney, brain; shellfish including oysters, scallops, shrimp, lobster, clams, and crab; meat gelatin; soy protein meat substitutes; tofu; nuts and seeds, nectarine, commercially dried fruits including raisins, dates, prunes; avocado, dried beans including soy beans, lima beans, baked beans, garbanzo beans, pinto beans; dried peas; lentils; millet; barley; wheat germ; bran breads and cereals; soy flour; soy grits; fresh sweet potatoes.
